Chief Innovation Officer
Darrell is the author of Revenue Growth Engine and the co-host of the Selling From the Heart Podcast. He brings over 22 years of industry experience to the table. For the past 11 years he has helped dealers develop online marketing strategies that support their business goals and challenges. Previously he has been a sales rep, sales manager, branch manager and DSM for Toshiba. Darrell has a MBA and BBA in Marketing. Originally from Ontario, Canada, he married a southerner and now calls Little Rock his home.
Client Success Director
Bill has 24 years of experience in the technology and services space. Bill’s 13 years in a dealership included roles as Document Management Specialist, Major Account Manager, and Regional Sales Manager. In addition, Bill has extensive experience providing marketing and sales consulting services to help technology and services companies improve sales performance. Bill lives in Denver.

Lindsay Meade is a Marketing Coordinator and has been working in the field since graduating from the University of California, Santa Barbara. When she's not helping dealers grow using digital tools, you can find her at a yoga class, hiking local trails or globetrotting. Lindsay lives in Seattle.
Sales Enablement Director
Lisa has been in the learning and development field for almost 30 years. With a specialty in sales development, she focuses on helping clients achieve their goals through training development, facilitation, coaching and change management. Lisa is a certified Fanatical Prospecting trainer and coach. Working with organizations in Canada, the US, and Europe, Lisa is known for her ability to deliver results that exceed her clients’ expectations.

Search Engine Optimization Specialist
Dr. Coatney has worked in digital marketing since 2005. He's been directly involved in the office solutions industry since 2011. He leads our team that helps companies increase their online presence through search engine optimization. Dr. Coatney has a PhD in linguistics along with a masters in multimedia communications. He lives in Utah.
Inbound Content Specialist
Shelly is always excited to dive in and work on our next project. Her most memorable marketing time has been in the dealer world – supporting customers, executive leadership, and sales teams. A Jill of all trades, Shelly has a master’s in publication design, with expertise in just about every area of marketing and communications— print and digital design, illustration, color management, writing, editing, video, and photography. Shelly lives in the Baltimore area.
Web Strategy Specialist
Jon oversees our client marketing programs including managing Social Media for dealerships across the country. Jon's previous experience includes working for HP and managing a document management system for a Blue Cross affiliate. Jon's passion is coffee! He lives with his family in Arkansas.
